-
Yes. Sign up with email and password or Google. Your data is tied to your account and protected by row-level security in our database.
-
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password, enter your email, and open the reset link we send you. Choose a new password in the app, then sign in as usual.
This only applies if you registered with email and password. If you always use Continue with Google, sign in that way instead — there is no separate MyGunRoom password to reset.

We use Supabase with row-level security so only you can access your records. You can also enable app lock (fingerprint, face, device PIN, or a web app PIN) under Settings for an extra layer of protection.

Shotgun certificates (SGC) and firearm certificates (FAC). Add each licence under Certificates with the name on the licence (first and last name), certificate number, issuing police force, address, expiry date, and a photo.
-
Your first and last name are set under Settings → Profile when you create your account. That name appears in chats, friends, and club lists.
When you add a certificate, the holder name is pre-filled from your profile — check it matches your physical licence. Transfers and police export use the name stored on each certificate.
-
Yes. Enable “Expiry reminder” on a licence and choose how many days before expiry to be notified. On Android you can get a push alert and email while your licence is in that window, plus a local notification at 9:00 on the reminder date. Allow notifications when prompted.
-
Yes. When adding or editing a licence you can take or upload a photo for your own reference. Keep physical certificates secure as required by law.
