MyGunRoom is a secure record-keeping and inventory management platform built specifically for UK Shotgun and Firearm Certificate holders.

We created MyGunRoom after experiencing the same frustrations faced by many certificate holders: keeping track of firearm inventories, managing transfers, monitoring certificate expiry dates, and maintaining accurate records often relies on paperwork, spreadsheets, emails, and memory. While these methods work, they can quickly become difficult to manage as collections grow and records evolve over time.

Our goal: provide certificate holders with a modern, secure, and reliable way to manage their personal firearm records.

With MyGunRoom, users can maintain an up-to-date inventory of their firearms and shotguns, record acquisitions and transfers, monitor certificate renewal dates, and create a clear audit trail of ownership history. By simplifying record-keeping and helping users stay organised, MyGunRoom provides greater confidence in managing collections responsibly.

We have also designed MyGunRoom to support secure transfer logging between certificate holders. Through a simple verification and confirmation process, both parties can record the details of a transfer, creating an auditable record for their own personal records and compliance purposes.

MyGunRoom is not a replacement for a Shotgun Certificate, Firearm Certificate, Registered Firearms Dealer, or any official police process. The platform does not issue licences, approve transfers, or act as an official firearms register.
